Online Book Purchase - Terms and Conditions
  1. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you still have questions, please contact us.

  2. Please pay within seven days after completing the order. Unless we receive your notice and confirm that there are special circumstances, we will cancel the order if the payment is not completed within the deadline.

  3. Return Policy: All products sold can be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or sent by mistake. If you need to return or exchange, please notify us by email at info@rmfbooks.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  4. If you find that the goods are broken, damaged or have the following problems after receiving them, please contact us within 7 days and we will process your return and exchange procedures as soon as possible.
    • Printing errors: including wrong pages and upside-down printing.
    • Stapling errors: including reverse mounting, missing pages and misplacement.
    • Book distribution error: The library sent incorrect books.
    • Postal Error: This is due to a postal error (but not including errors caused by the postal company itself) that results in you not receiving the correct books.

  5. How do I cancel an order or get a refund?
    • If the payment process is not completed, you may contact us to cancel the order.
    • If you have paid but we have not yet sent the item, please refer to the email in the order confirmation and contact us by email to cancel the order. We will arrange a refund within one week, but the amount paid must be deducted from the handling and administrative costs not exceeding the full amount of the goods.
    • If we have sent the goods, but there are quality problems, please take a photo of the problematic part of the goods for record and contact us. We will arrange a replacement (please visit our store in person) or refund you within one week upon request.
    • If we do not receive your notification within one week after the order is placed, we will not refund you.

  6. We provide you with postal services in and outside Hong Kong. If your parcel is checked by customs and is required to pay customs duties, the customs duties will be paid by the local recipient. We do not bear any taxes (including customs duties, tolls, etc.). We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. If the ordered goods are not allowed by the local government, our library will not bear any responsibility for any consequences arising from this. Please visit the local government website for the relevant requirements first.
